Gym in Kuressaare
The Grand Rose SPA gym is located within the sauna center and is accessible via the changing room. After an energetic workout, you can relax in seven different types of saunas and enjoy various pools. Access to the gym is included with a spa and sauna center pass or for hotel guests.
The gym is compact yet functional—you will find all the necessary equipment for a quick, invigorating workout. Whether it is leg, chest, or back day, you can certainly get your workout done!
In the gym, you will find:

Rowing machine
Multifunctional pull-up rig
Various cardio machines
Squat rack
Bench press station
Chest press machine
Lower back extension bench
Weight plates and dumbbells of various weights
Exercise mats
Gym Rules
- Use of the gym is FREE for spa pass holders and hotel guests during spa opening hours!
- Please do not enter in swimwear!
- Wear appropriate workout clothing and indoor footwear (training shirtless, in outdoor shoes, or barefoot is not permitted).
- Use the equipment with care and adjust settings only according to the instructions.
- Be considerate of others and use a sweat towel to keep the equipment clean and dry. Please do not leave children unattended in the gym.
