As part of the event “Saaremaa Terviseveed 200”, special mud ceremonies will take place in our salt-steam sauna until 24.05 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 19:00.

Mud ceremonies in a salt-steam sauna

At the ceremony, we offer mud from Saaremaa’s Mullutu Suurlaht. Mullutu’s soil has a high content of minerals and organic matter. The minerals found there can be beneficial to muscles, joints, and skin, resulting in soft, supple, and silky skin. The mud helps remove dead cells from the skin, nourishes, moisturizes, refreshes, and cleans it.

Ceremonies in the Finnish sauna are held in the outer sauna on the terrace. For lots of visitors, the steam bath is the highlight of sauna, others want to leave quickly. Relaxing ceremony in salt and steam sauna, where we use shea butters magical effects, taking you back in time, to ancient Africa. Ceremony is perfect for anyone, who want to boost their body and mind.

Salt and steam sauna ceremonies with body peel

This session offers new vitality and shine to your skin. Your body is peeled with salt and organic honey or oil mix. Salt removes dead skin cells, honey and oil provide nutrients and soften your skin. Such natural body peel energizes every type of skin.
